Start with making your crust by combining salt and flour. Adding in cold, cubed butter.
Gradually add ice water then work together until dough sticks together.

Divide dough in half and shape each half into a circle.

Preheat oven to 375.

In a large skillet, add diced chicken and cook until browned.

Add in chopped onion, carrots and celery.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to combine.

Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk.

Then assemble pie together and bake.
