Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

The perfect blend of soft, chewy goodness and rich melty chocolate chips.

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Brown your butter.  In a bowl combine brown sugar, vanilla and butter.  Mix in eggs, one at a time along with dissolved beef gelatin.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, flour baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients then stir in chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets and cook for 9-11 minutes.

Take out and place on cooling rack.
