- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup milk
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat oven to 375℉
Prepare the peach filling
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated and brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cornstarch. Toss everything together until peaches are coated, set aside.
Make the batter
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
