  • 1 Cast iron skillet
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Flour
  • cup Chocolate
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter your cast iron skillet.
  • Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until glossy.
  • Add the blended cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed—don’t overmix!
  • Pour the batter into the cast iron skillet and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the center is just set and a toothpick comes out with a few fudgy crumbs.
  • Serve!

Tips:
Beat the Eggs & Sugar Well
Whip them together until light and frothy (3–5 minutes). This step is key to achieving that shiny, crackly top!
Melt Butter & Chocolate Slowly
Use low heat to prevent burning. Smooth, melted chocolate = rich, fudgy brownies.
