6-7ripe peaches
½cupgranulated sugar
2tbspbrown sugar
1tspvanilla extract
1tspcinnamon
1tbspcornstarch
1cupAP flour
1tspbaking powder
¾cupmilk

2tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉
Prepare the peach filling in a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated and brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cornstarch. Toss everything together until peaches are coated, set aside.
Make the batter in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.Gradually add milk and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Add the butter to the cast iron skillet Pour batter over the butter and spoon the peach mixture evenly on top of batter.
Bake the cobbler Place skillet into oven and bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
