Dragon fruit: has a mild, subtly sweet flavor that’s often described as a cross between a kiwi and a pear.
Easy Homemade Ice Cream Instructions:
- Mix the yogurt and dragon fruit.
- Then mix yogurt, heavy cream, monk fruit sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill mixture
- Bring mixture out and churn with your ice cream machine.
- Once consistency is soft, transfer to a freezer safe container for at least 4 hours.
