How does Storypod work?
Simply place the Craftie figurine that has a chip on the bottom, onto the speaker. Storypod also has books, trivia books and discs as well to place onto the speaker.
The Crafties are lightweight, portable and machine washable! The content doesn’t have to stay in place once it hits the speaker – which is great because my toddler loves to hold the Crafties!
Initially you need a WIFI connection to download your content. I love that it doesn’t need constant connection so we can take it on long trips. Once your connected to the internet you place your content on the storypod and it begins the download. It will play the story without it being downloaded all the way.
Storypod offers over 300 original and licensed stories, books and games. Mini quizzes, trivia and read along books allow children to develop their literacy skills by following along.

What age is Storypod designed for?
It has audio sets for all kiddos from 0-24 months to 6 years old!
For babies- the audio focuses on early language development, music, motor skills and establishing a consistent sleep schedule.
For toddlers- the audio sets focus on developing vocabulary, listening and reading skills.
For preschool- and older the audio fosters to their independence, emotional growth and literacy
How to set up
- Download the Storypod app and create your account.
- While charging; connect to Bluetooth, WIFI and make sure your location is on.
- The app will walk you through setting up your preferences as a new owner.
- To turn on, hold down the Play/Pause button.
- When the circle appears white, in your app you will click “Top lights are white”.
- Hold down and press the Previous and Next buttons at the same time until you hear the prompts “Ready to connect” then click in the app “ready to connect”.
- Enter your WIFI name and password.
- You will know you are connected when the ring on top is a solid white.
- Add your content and it will download while connected to the internet and also continue playing.
