Here I’ve gathered a list of the best toddler books. I started reading to our son when he was just a baby and he has some favorites that I thought I would share.

The illustrations are so creative and I feel like helps build the imagination of both my toddler and I. I talk about everything I see in the photo and make up little stories on what the characters are doing – so fun! We own a lot of Richard Scarry books. My favorite is the Big Busy Sticker & Activity Book. It has a ton of activities we do together, there are stickers (who doesn’t love stickers) and he learns along the way.
Little Bear is such a hit in our household. We love the cartoon – its a more slow paced cartoon and I love the graphics. The books are just as great too.
My toddler is actually a really good spier! These books take me back to my childhood – Always buying them at book fairs! They capture his attention and help build his imagination too!
Great book for counting and it teaches them that everyone is always welcome – very cute.
We’re in the phase of why and if you’ve reached this point you’ll want this book too!
A great way to practice the alphabet and learn fruits and veggies!
We love a good activity book – and toddler safe scissors.
This is such an important things for my little one to learn – where his food comes from.
We have a lot of first word books – this one is simple and great to teach them their body parts.
Fun search and find book.
