You can really add any ingredients to the nan and make a delicious pizza. The pizza we made was unique because we used figs, prosciutto, balsamic vinaigrette and goat cheese. The balsamic brought out the tangy flavor mixed with the prosciutto and figs was YUM! Our toddler ate all of it!

Step 1:

First off, lets talk about the balsamic glaze. It made the pizza so tasty. You can buy this balsamic and use it for a multitude of recipes such as salads, fish, pastas and even fruit giving it a pop of intense flavor of sweet and tangy.

Choose quality balsamic vinegar, pour into saucepan, bring to a boil over medium high heat.

Reduce to simmer once it reaches boiling and watch for reduction. This process usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Check consistency; it should be thickened.

Cool and Store; allow for it to cool before transferring to a container, it will thicken further as it cools.

Step 2:

Mise en place – Slice the tomatoes, basil, prosciutto and figs. Crumble the goat cheese.

This brand of prosciutto is the best, it has no nitrates!

Step 3:

Add the prosciutto, tomatoes, figs, basil.

Step 4:

Place Naan in oven @ 425F for 12-14 minutes.

Step 5:

Take the Naan out and crumble the goat cheese. Don’t let the word goat cheese scare you, this brand is the best and there are quite a few flavors you can use in different recipes!
