If you looking for the most delicious meatball recipe including ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese and a medley of aromatic herbs, you’ve come to the perfected seasoned recipe!
These meatballs are browned to perfection and simmered in a tomato sauce. They deliver a mouthwatering combination of juiciness and rich taste.
Serve over spaghetti or enjoy them as a savory appetizer.
These meatballs can be used for just about anything – spaghetti or snacks, or even used as dippers for appetizers.
Meatballs are such a classic recipe – perfect in soups, casseroles, meatball sandwiches or over noodles.
You can freeze them and just pop them into a pot of soup or marinara sauce to create a homemade meal in minutes!
Step 1: Mix together flour, milk, garlic, salt and pepper, onion and egg together.
Step 2: Once mixed, combine beef and form balls.
Step 3: Place meatballs into oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Serve over noodles.
One pound of ground beef will make 22 meatballs with my recipe. Plan on 1/4 beef per person. I used 85% for this recipe.
This seasoning is my favorite, add to meatballs, salad and add to your pizza for more flavor!
Using an alternative to eggs such as yogurt, ricotta cheese or unsweetened apple sauce can help retain the meatball shape.
Adding a combination of finely ground nuts (such as almonds, pecans or walnuts) and milk helps retain the moisture. This adds a nutty flavor and contributes to a unique textured meatball.
Ensure proper binding by using a mixture of egg and ground nuts, or breadcrumbs. Avoid over mixing.
Try basil, oregano or grated parmesan cheese to enhance the taste.
Now you have created a bath of homemade meatballs that are full of flavor.
Choose to top them over a bed of spaghetti, in a sub or as an appetizer.
Enjoy these easily made meatballs and be sure to leave a comment below if you have tried my recipe!
