Shrimp Poke Bowl INSTRUCTIONS

1.Prepare the Thai Chili Mayo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Thai chili paste. Adjust the spice level according to your preference.

2. Cook the Shrimp:
– Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil.

3. Prepare your ingredients – Cook Edamame, Rice & Cut: Cut cucumber, avocado and carrots, cook sushi rice and steam your edamame.

4. Drizzle with Thai Chili Mayo Sauce:
– Generously drizzle the Thai Chili Mayo Sauce over the ingredients.

5. Garnish and Serve
– Add your rice to a bowl, and top with ingredients, garnish with cilantro and chopped green onions for added flavor & Enjoy!
