Today I’m so excited to share with you the best Chocolate cheesecake ball recipe. Simple, easy and no need for a water bath! 

The texture is smooth, rich and creamy over a outside layer of homemade graham cracker crust.

1. Whip 1 pack room temp cream cheese with heavy cream and sugar. (Whip until fluffy and no lumps)

2. Add in Cinnamon, chocolate chips and blend in.

3. Place in freezer until cold so you can form balls.

4. Once balls are formed, roll in graham cracker mixture. 

5. Freeze for 1 hour and place in refrigerator for enjoying!

How to make Homemade graham crackers

Ingredients you will need: Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Butter, Apple Sauce, Honey

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 3 to 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2tbsp baking soda, 2tbsp cornstarch.

After dry ingredients mixed, grate 4 tbsp cold butter and mix in flour.

 Add 1/4 cup apple sauce,1/4 cup honey, 2tbsp water and mix until a nice ball of dough forms similar to making pie crust.

Now roll mixture into a square using rolling pin as well as you can. 

Cut into rectangular shapes like graham crackers come in the package.

To help with level crackers take a fork and poke holes all the way across your now cut crackers.

Sprinkle brown sugar over top before baking.

Place in oven at 350­°F for 18-23 minutes depending on the crispness of the cracker you desire.
