Super easy, just blend up your oats until it becomes a powder texture, or use Old fashioned oats for chewier, soft cookies. The oatmeal flour tastes like doughy flour.

Eggs- Binding all ingredients

This recipe is so easy, it takes one bowl. All you have to do is add all of your ingredients and blend, adding the chocolate chips in at the end. Place it in a oven safe dish and Wah-La! Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bake. The more egg you use the more moist and spongy your cookie bake will be!
