This was a easy recipe, high protein snack and fun to make with our toddler. These Kefir banana bites are easy to make, a fun activity and a healthy snack. Mixed with yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and chocolate makes a great snack for increasing protein intake, probiotics and immunity.  

Kefir Banana Yogurt Bite ingredients:

Just bananas, kefir, yogurt, cinnamon and honey!

Instructions for Kefir Banana Yogurt Bites

Slice Bananas, Mix yogurt, kefir, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Use a fork to grab the bananas and dip them into your kefir mix. Drizzle chocolate over bananas and place in freezer for about 3 hours. Take out and enjoy your gut friendly snack!
